This second floor five-bedroom shared flat is set within an imposing Victorian mansion (built 1870). Three bedrooms are available to rent now on a shared living basis. We have built an extension to the original house which has added three en-suite rooms. All bills included! The location could not be better: set back from the road, but literally 1 minute from the railway station, with the city centre just a little further. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with bedrooms 3 & 4 having great views out towards the Lakeland hills. Each bedroom room is approx 12.5 sqm in floor area excluding the en-suite. All rooms include a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 4'6" double bed with pocket-sprung mattress and storage underneath. Also a desk, chair and bookshelves. As you can see, there is lots of warm timber in the flat. The en-suite bathrooms are fully tiled and have a large walk-in shower with double spray head. There is a pleasant front garden with benches for all our tenants to enjoy; the lawn is surrounded by bushes and fruit trees, maintained by a professional gardener. The very large dining kitchen has ample shared space, with a window to the front giving an excellent view.
