Spacious student room available immediately in a 5-bedroom house located close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, a shared lounge with a TV, and an additional storage room. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, so the room only shares a bathroom with one other person. The room itself comes furnished with a TV and is ready to move into. Current housemates are all female students, but both male and female students are welcome. The only requirement is being a student for council tax purposes. It’s a friendly, quiet environment ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I am looking for someone to replace me, the tenancy will last until July at £160pw with bills included with £10 cap per week per person - but I lived here last year and have never had to pay extra.
