We live in a fully furnished three-bedroom house and have one spare room available for a single female tenant. The room is on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms are on the first floor, offering a little extra privacy. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms will be shared, and the house has two bathrooms. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate female housemate who values privacy and is comfortable with a quiet, family-oriented household. Please note that male visitors are not permitted, as we prefer to maintain our privacy and household arrangements.
