The property also benefits from being only half a mile from a large modern Spar and doctors surgery and 1 mile from Sedbergh village with its numerous pubs, cafes and shops. There is private off road parking available or a short walk from the house and you can catch a bus which takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive in Kendal this service runs 6 days a week.
