Hi, we are currently looking for someone to desperately fill our spare room on New street for the remainder of term 2 and term 3 for the current academic year 25/26 with the contract running out on the 16th July.

Rent is £151 able to be paid monthly or termly through Fat properties - they also make exceptions to let you pay inline with the student loans.

The flat is 24A New Street and were 3 girls and 5 boys looking for ideally another undergraduate student willing to live on the boy floor and share a bathroom with 2 other.
