In Bare, Morecambe. I have one large double bedroom to rent immediately, although the house has 6 bedrooms, I am only looking to rent one, as I like a peaceful and happy space. I live alone by choice.
The property is on Beach Street, Bare.
Your room occupies the whole of the basement. I am a none smoker and would expect the same. The room is available 7 days a week and includes all bills and broadband, if you are a contractor and would only want it a few days a week, this is possible and would reduce the rent accordingly. If you are a couple and want to share the space the cost will be £180 per week between you. Rent can be paid weekly or monthly, you are welcome to view the property at your convenience.
