I have one room available in a well maintained 2 bed house in a quiet area of South Lancaster. Easy access to both universities in the city. Less than two minute walk to the nearest bus stop and shops, and a five minute ride into the city centre.

House has a modern kitchen, an open plan living room/ dining room, small patio, outdoor storage space for bikes, a small study and a shared bathroom.

Room is a small double. Is fully furnished to include a double bed, wardrobe etc.

Looking for a student flatmate. I will be a live in landlady so looking for someone clean and relatively sociable, preferably a postgraduate student. Must be happy living with a small, quiet dog.
