I am a current student who is dropping out of university and thusly need someone to replace me - I, when we chose the house, got the best room, so it's a rather sizable room with nice sunrays in the mornings. It's very close to Lancaster's main shopping areas and bus station. It comes with all basic amenities and £1000 of gas and electric paid for the year, which should be enough for the size of the house.
The house's payments are made in two installations for the rest of the year - one of £1870 in January and another of £1760 in April. Because I wish to move out and have someone replace me, I am willing to pay the £1870 for term 2, meaning that you get more than three months of rent paid for you.
