Double room available in shared house, available for students. The bed is a small double, the room has plenty of storage and is a bright space with a large window. There is a drop down desk and chair so there is a small office/working area in there too.

The house has a shared living room and kitchen, there's a yard outside with a bike shed and the yard gets the sun for most of the day. There's on street parking with no permit required. The house is clean, tidy and a nice space to live in.

The house is a five minute walk from town and the train station and there's a bus stop at the end of the lane (~200m) that goes to Lancaster University, so it's well connected. There's a corner shop about 100m away and Fairfield Nature Reserve just down the road. Sainsbury's and Aldi are about a 20 minute walk away.

Current housemates are all PhD/mature students at Lancaster University and University of Cumbria and would like to live with another postgrad that is clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. All housemates get along well and there's a friendly atmosphere.

The room will be available from 15th April.

Bills, and TV licence are included in the rent. The house is all-student occupiers so is council tax exempt.
