Maximum stay is 6 months (Ideally I would like someone who is planning to stay for around 6 months)

Live in landlord who currently works from home office.

Double bed room £425 per calendar month (or if prefered single bed room for £415 per calendar month) including reasonable energy usage, broadband, tv licence. Professionals would be expected to pay 25% of council tax bill (band B) and students would be required to have proof of studentship to be exempt from council tax payments.

Quiet, friendly inclusive household.
Half fridge and freezer space - if veggie then I can ensure no meat is stored in same fridge/freezer.

I work from home in the study.
