The house is 5 mins from all buses to either of Lancaster's unis. Aldi is 5 mos walk, town is max 10. We are 2nd yr students at lancs. The 2 rooms have each got decent double beds, desk chair cupboards and good storage. The house has a modern kitchen with 2 fridges and a chest freezer as well as mod cons like air fryer microwave etc. There are 2 full bathrooms. all bills (gas, elec, water, WiFi) are included. Students only please (so council tax is then managed ok) A decent back yard. Parking is v easy.
