We are looking for a third person for our flat, located in lancaster city center (next to common garden). The room available (with double bed) is £500 ppm all bills included, and the flat has two bathrooms, one with a bath one with a shower, a spacious living room, and large kitchen. As two international PhD students from Peru and Spain (29 & 24 y. o.) we would prefer another post graduate student or young professional. We are very easy going and social, but we also respect each other privacy.
