Hi, I'm looking for someone easy going and kind to share my house with. It is a 2 bedroom terrace situated in Freehold. It's about 5-10 mins stroll into the city center and located just next to the canal, in a cul-de-sac area. It’s quiet with friendly neighbours.

The room is a good sized double, all freshly decorated with new carpets and up-cycled furniture.
The bed is super comfortable with a quality new mattress and I have fitted black out blinds to ensure it's a restful and peaceful space. The room is fully furnished with bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fan, storage units, wardrobe, desk and chair.

As a lodger, you will have full access to communal rooms (everywhere except my room!) to relax and to feel at home in. There is a small, walled courtyard at the back of the house which gets the sun all afternoon and evening
making it a lovely place to sit (and dry laundry).

Bath, shower, washing machine and safe bike storage all available, as well as on street parking.

I have moved to Lancaster to study engineering at the Uni and keen to explore the surrounding area and enjoy reading,
hiking and swimming.
I have recently spent time working as a chef so enjoy cooking and am happy to cook and share food with any new
housemate, but equally happy to respect their independence.

Gas, electric, fast broadband and water all included in price. Council tax (band A) and TV licence not included.
