Charming and spacious furnished double room located in the center of Stenhousemuir (Larbert). All essential amenities are just a stone's throw away(ASDA, Post Office, restaurants, gym, Stenhousemuir Health Centre, Pharmacy, Taxi services). The bus stop is conveniently situated right across from the house, providing services to Forth Valley Hospital(to and fro 6.6£), Falkirk and other destinations. It's 10-minute walk to train station. The room offers lovely view of the garden. There is a large driveway that can accommodate multiple cars, and roadside parking is also available.
The accommodation consists of one bedroom. The property features a shared bathroom and toilet upstairs, along with an additional toilet located under the stairs. So separate toilet for lodger but shared bathroom. The kitchen garden and conservatory are communal spaces. This accommodation is intended for a single occupant. Guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
An automatic washing machine is available for laundry (with restrictions-once a week, as it has long washing and drying cycles). Rent includes WIFI and (exclude council). I prefer a vegetarian lodger but can consider non-vegetarian as long as you don't store meat items in the freezer/fridge for extended periods to avoid odors. The fridge/freezer is shared, and I will allocate a few shelves for your use. I expect you to utilize only designated shelves and no spitting in the kitchen sink please. hoover is available for cleaning, and I expect you to maintain your room's cleanliness. Various types of rubbish collection bins are provided on the property, and I expect you to use correct bins for waste disposal from day one. Please don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, and clean the cooker top after use.
As for me, I'm easy going and work in the automotive industry. I enjoy spending time with my musical instruments or working out, and I occasionally work from home. Please note that the property is monitored by CCTV cameras and sensors. No council tax for students(priority given to students and short term lets). For others council 50£ only.
