I'm looking for someone to take over my small double ensuite room in Station House, Leamington. This is a modern purpose-built student residence on the Old Warwick Road, directly opposite Leamington Spa railway station and the University bus stops, and a 5 minute walk into Central Leamington.

The room is in block A at the far end of the building. The room faces away from the station, with a view over the canal and is located at the end of the corridor furthest from the communal facilities, making it much quieter. The apartment is shared with 9 other second year students, both male and female and studying a range of subjects.

In the communal space there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, multiple fridge-freezers, and all other basic amenities. There is also a dining table, and multiple sofas in the social space.

Station House has an on-site gym, outdoor communal areas, and an outdoor games area. It has a shared indoor communal lounge and high speed Wi-Fi. There is on-evening security, CCTV and optional secure gated parking (at an additional fee).

Bills are fixed at £17.31 a week and the rental contract runs from September 2026 to July 31st 2027.
