I’m Charlotte, a live-in landlord looking for a considerate, friendly housemate to share my comfortable, relaxed space. If you are looking for something homely rather than just a place to crash, this could be the perfect fit for you.

I love a good balance when it comes to house dynamics - I’m always up for a chat, a cup of coffee, or sharing a meal/movie night, but I equally value and respect having our own quiet time and privacy - happy for a tenant who prefers their own space or likes a hangout, communication is always key for harmonious living.

The Location:

The house is in a fantastic, convenient spot in Leamington Spa. The Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away (perfect for commuters) and around a 10-minute walk to all the local shops, cafes, and amenities.

The Room & Home:

You’ll be moving into a bright and spacious fully furnished double bedroom. It features a large window that gets loads of beautiful natural light, a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage (large wooden triple wardrobe plus drawers), and a good amount of space to make your own.

Full access to the rest of the house (except my bedroom), including the garden, extra loft storage, and a cosy lounge complete with an Ambilight HDTV and a sofa bed for your occasional house guests.

A shared bathroom, plus downstairs W/C for convenience.

About the Household:

I am a nurse but predominantly work from home, so I am looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time preferably. If you have a hybrid working routine, you are very welcome, I just ask that you do your working hours from your bedroom rather than the shared areas so we don't trip over each other during the day. The real head of the house is my 1-year-old Mini Goldendoodle. He is well-behaved, friendly, and very loving. Because he's a big part of the environment, I'm definitely looking for a dog lover rather than someone who just tolerates pets, but I can absolutely ensure he doesn't enter your personal space.
