I have two large rooms available in a 3.5 bed and 2 bath house due to flatmates moving out from the area.


I'm Scottish and an engineer at JLR and in my spare time I do many sports including tennis and running. I also work on cars and love a chill evening.
Looking for 2 people who respect the main areas of the house and are up for some socialising and also just chilling after work.

Both have a lot of natural light overlooking the garden, with one being slightly larger on the top floor. And the second being more private on the bottom floor but also having access to an office space which is great for someone who does alot of work from home.

The house is located just next to the canal and near Newbold common Park. Asda is walking distance and there is a shop 20m fro the house as well.

One room would be available from Sept 7th, and the second would be available on Oct 1st

The house has all amenities.
- Dishwasher
-washing machine
-tumble dryer
- good parking (some off street)
-15 min walk to centre
- super fast wifi and ethernet to everyroom

The rent is £517 per month, and the bills are normally another 120ish on top.
