I am looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a joint tenancy in a 4 bedroom house in SE12.
🏡 The property is a detached house with a huge garden and driveway (fits 4 cars). The street is quiet and residential with a lot of greenery. Feels like an escape from the busy city while only being a short commute into central London.
🛀 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, large shared living room and a shared kitchen
🛏️ Bedroom is a double room. It is on the ground floor, situated at the back of the house and has its own patio doors leading into the back garden. The doors let through a lot of gorgeous natural light (don't worry the room has blackout curtains).
🚂 Within walking distance of 2 train stations (Lee and Grove Park) with trains to central London regularly. I can get to central London in around 30-40 minutes. Very close bus links to Lewisham and the DLR as well.
💵 Rent is £650 a month, not including bills. For bills we all pay £150 a month into one separate account. Any money that’s left over (usually in the summer when it’s warm and less electricity and gas is used) gets saved and used to cover things like the higher energy bill in the winter or house necessities!
👯 Remaining housemates are other women aged early to late 20s. As a house we enjoy the occasional evening in the garden together, or paint & sip night in the living room when shifts align. However, private downtime is respected as well!
