I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy of a two bedroom house in Hyde Park ASAP. One bathroom with a kitchen and living room also. It is with one other girl (aged 19). Rent is £127 pppw and bills are £31.92 pppw. I have already paid 4 rent and bills payments. So there are only 8 rent and bills payments left to pay. Message me for more information. Ideally looking for a female student to take over.
