I’m looking for someone to take over a double-bed sized room in 2 bed flat close to the city center. My flatmate is unfortunately moving out due to a new job, so the room will be available to anyone interested.
The building is fully furnished, with furniture and other appliances. Bills are separate (around £170-200 on top). There’s a deposit to be paid too (around £520). It’s in a really convenient location - about 12 minute walk to Leeds Bus Station.
