A large double room of the top floor of my house is available for rent. The photos make the space look smaller so viewing is recommended! Comes with a TV with Now TV Entertainment and tv stand, metal futon sofa, hanging rail, drawers and brand new comfy double bed. I can provide a desk and chair if needed. The room is newly carpeted. There is a bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor, kitchen on the ground and large basement with ample storage. There is a washing machine in the basement and tumble drier in the kitchen and small outside yard with clothes line for when the weather is nice. Fast fibre optic broadband provided. Weekly cleaning of communal areas included but must clean up after yourself and appreciate a clean tidy home like I do. Parking is available on the street. I live close to a number of bus routes into town and beyond and 5 minutes walk to City South retail park with a Puregym, B and Ms, The Range etc! Its also 10 mins walk to Aldi, Lidl and Morrisons and shopping centre. There is a very friendly male cat in the house. Two weeks notice will be required either side if you wish to move out. No overnight guests permitted.
