I have a large, bright double room available in a 3 bedroom semi, in a quiet area of Roundhay, just off Street Lane.. There are 2 separate living rooms downstairs, a small galley kitchen and a large garden. High speed Virgin broadband connection is included.
Other bills average out at approx. 90 month.

I'm a part time teacher and have a quiet lurcher who is asleep most of the time and gets on well with other dogs, so another dog staying would be fine. I am working on the house bit by bit, so the kitchen is functional but not modern.

There are frequent buses as both the 2 and 12 bus routes run from Street Lane into the city centre. There are 2 parades of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Chapel Allerton and Oakwood are also very near..
