The room available is a large double in a 1930's semi detached home with lots of wardrobe space, there is a living room, garden, and modern kitchen all in good condition.

Room overlooks the garden at the rear of the property and is on a quiet street near the rugby/cricket ground a short walk from central Headingley.

The train station is also a short walk and a return to Leeds costs about £3 a day. If you are feeling keen Leeds centre is about an hour's walk.

You must be clean and tidy, no home wreckers or non payers.

Professional or post grad or very responsible and mature student. We know how to have fun but save it for weekends.
