Seeking a new housemate to take a spacious and bright double room available in a friendly houseshare in a popular location close to Beckett's Park and Central Headingley.

The house was recently refurbished and features:

The house is currently occupied by five housemates, three males, two females (four professionals and one final year student). All housemates are clean and respectful and enjoy a mixture of spending time together and doing their own thing.

The ideal housemate would be a professional (although students considered) between the ages of 20 to 30ish. Non-smoker preferred (smoking is allowed outside).

Rent is £450 with all bills included (council tax, heating, electricity, broadband, TV licence). Deposit is £300 and is held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The landlord prefers a 6-8 month minimum tenancy with an option for a rolling contract after this.
