Spare room to let in my lovely home. :-)
The house is a 3 bed semi with on street parking in a quiet area between Oakwood and Chapel Allerton. The spare room has just become available to rent. The house has a shared lounge / kitchen and also has an annex (where I stay) with separate facilities to enable privacy for all parties. There are also additional bathroom facilities to enable privacy and avoid waiting etc.
I am new to sharing my house so am open to ideas.
The house is about half an hour walk from St. James's hospital. There is a good bus service to the city centre. Each room has a desk for home working.
