We're looking for someone to join our house share for a 1 year lease starting on the 27th of June.

The house is gorgeous and set in a very big garden, along with a fire pit and decking area. The street is very peaceful and has lots of wildlife. Upstairs is one big open plan living space with lots of light and views out over the garden. It's got 2 bathrooms & 4 double bedrooms. There's a garage where we keep our bikes / toys.

There's 3 of us in the house - working in tech, brewing and a vet. We have a lot of interests between us - climbing, surfing, dancing, fitness, walking, gigs and travel.

We're looking for someone that values good communication between housemates, being kind & considerate of each other, and wants to be social and have the occasional meal / activity together.

It's really important to us that we get along and share similar values, so if you're interested, please drop a message telling us a bit about yourself.
