Hi, I'm Tom and I'm currently looking for a considerate and tidy young professional to share my house with. I am a very sociable and laid back person and would ideally like someone similar.

The house has a modern kitchen diner, a living room with a wood burner, spacious garden, washer and dryer, and has recently been renovated. There are two bathrooms, although one needs renovating but still works.

The bedroom is spacious and furnished, some of the furnishings can be agreed on.
There is on street parking. Walking distance to a train station that can get you to Leeds in less than 10 mins and York in about 20. Shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Bills and weekly cleaner included, but I'll ask you to chip in for firewood in the winter if you want to use the burner.

On street parking available.
