We are two PhD students, Dan and Ben, looking for a third person to house share.

We have a house in mind that we would like to rent. We have not signed for anything yet. We are looking for a person to sign with.

£150 pppw (£650 ppm) bills included.

Since we are both students, a professional would be liable for the council tax. However, they would benefit from the single-person discount (25% off). The house we are looking at is in band B.
