Large double room in a detatched house available to rent. You should consider this to more of a house share as you will also be able to use a spare bed room much of the time and will have full access to the entire house.

Most situations considered but you must be working and or be a full time student.

An interest in computer games would be great as I am an active gamer.

There is a decent sized lounge and a large kitchen diner at the property and plenty of parking room. There is also a small garden at the rear which is perfect for BBQ's.

A decent sense of humor and amenable personality is required as I am looking for a a true housemate not just someone I rent a room to.

The room is without a bed at present but should you like the room a bed will be purchased to suit your needs. It also comes with a 46" TV, Xbox One and free access to my Netflix account.

I also have excellent broadband 300 MPS
