Double room available in lovely flat to share with female owner. The photos are of the room before and after someone moved in.

Room has tall chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, shelves and double bed. There is storage under the bed and on top of the warbdrobe, but not much else in the way of storage so not really suitable for someone with a lot of stuff. There also isn't really room for a bike I'm afraid unless you are willing to store it outside.

Nice quiet area with nice neighbours. Right next to huge Sainsbury's, off ring road.

Clean and tidy female flatmate wanted. Also willing to discuss getting a cleaner if preferred. Preferably looking for someone of a similar age-ish, that I can also get along with, rather than someone just wanting a room.

Broadband. Smart TV with Netflix.

Reasonably sized kitchen for 2 people, and I don't cook much so you won't have to fight me for it!

Nice South facing balcony, and reasonably sized garden which isn't shared, greenfindered gardeners welcome! I have a gardener who mows the lawn but any other garden maintenance is shared between us - unless you have no intention of using the garden, in which case I obviously wouldn't expect you to do any leaf tidying or tree pruning!!

3 months initially with potential to extend if we get along! I'm quite flexible on timings/dates etc.

5 mins to Roundhay and 7 mins to Chapel A. Regular buses to town. On street parking in Cul-De Sac.
