I am the former resident looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is modern and the room is a great size. The location is near the city centre but secluded from the busyness of the city. Lots of public transport near by. Room comes with wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will need to provide your own bed as i brought my own. Current tenant who will be staying is friendly, full time working female.

Bills are not included but have all been arranged so would be split evenly between tenants.
