Hello!
My current housemate is moving out of our 2 bedroom house in kirkstall. I'm looking for someone to replace their tenancy.
The house is located right next to Headingley train station and a large shopping centre. It is a terrace with two floors and a basement. Included is a spacious living room, a kitchen and one bathroom on the first floor, next to the available room to rent. The room is a large double room, unfurnished. The leaving housemate is willing to sell furniture that can be paid in installments if necessary (not including the crossed off items in the images).
With bills included, monthly costs rarely exceed £500.
I am a full time bartender at a pub in the city centre so I'm looking for someone who will understand that some nights I will be coming home late. Other than that I am a tidy and quiet housemate looking for someone similar.
I have lived in this house for over a year and have never had issues with the area and the landlord/agency are quick to respond to any issues we may bring up with the house.
