There is also a full celler, and the house is kept constantly warm with an Air source Heat pump

We are looking for an easy going creative person who is experienced in house sharing, who will
- get on well with the rest of the household.
- be happy to share with domestic tasks to help keep the house clean and welcoming.
Sharing meals is encouraged but not obligitiory

Smoking is not permitted in communal parts of the house, and non smokers are preffered, but there is space in the back garden for smoking if required

Shops and bus routes into Leeds City Centre on Roundhay Road are nearby.
Potternewton Park and Gledhow Valley are both a short walk away.

The landlord lives nearby and, since this is his only rental house, he is able to attend to any issues that need fixing.

The rent is deliberatley kept at an affordable level and all bills including wi fi and Council Tax are included in the price.
