Furnished room in cozy house in Meanwood sharing with 1 female, 1 male and 1 elderly but judgemental cat.

It’s about 3-4 miles from Leeds Centre, pretty central to north leeds (Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay etc). We have a Waitrose and an Aldi and tonnes of other shops close by, nice pubs and restaurants and literally minutes to Meanwood park and the Valley Trail.

I’ve made the room lovely for someone, it’s furnished and newly decorated, and there’s sooo much storage. There’s on street parking if you have a car, space in the garage for a bike and a garden round the back that’s lovely in the summer.

What’s important is we’re quite quiet and peaceful, this would probs only suit someone similar
