Hi, I am renting out my spare double bedroom. I currently rent a 3 bedroom detached house with drive garden and garage. I live alone and the house is quite big just for 1 person so be good to get someone in to help reduce my outgoings too. I'm a hybrid worker so a day or 2 a week working in Leeds city centre and the rest at home. I use the 3rd small bedroom as an office. I'm a pretty chilled person that likes a calm household, I play cricket and golf in the summer. All bills included inc WiFi etc. There is plenty of room to have your own space and make the place your own. If someone doesn't want for full 7 days a week and just wanted a few days a week we can chat about rent etc so open to different circumstances. Feel free to message me if any questions. Cheers
