Hi I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 69 Richmond Avenue, Leeds LS6 1DB which is in the middle of a Headingly and Hyde park, located near the The Golden Beam and other Headingly pubs.

This location has great bus routes to and from the city.

This house will have 6 girls living here, who are all lovely. This tenancy start date is the 1st September 2026 and tenancy end date is the 30th June 2027. The price of this house is £525 per person per month and £21 per person per week for bills.

This house is currently under some renovations, so will be brand new when you move in. That is why I do. It have any photos at the moment, however I will have some soon. Always feel free to drop me a message and come meet up with the girls and I to get to know more about each other.
