I have a double room available in my two bed semi-detached house in Meanwood. It’s a new build in a quiet cul de sac.

As well as the furnished double bedroom available to rent, the property comprises of a downstairs WC, open plan living/kitchen area, shared bathroom and enclosed rear garden. There isn’t an additional allocated parking space, however there is space outside the property to park on a no-through road.


The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, large chest of drawers, TV, mirror and a built in cupboard with hanging rail and small chest of drawers.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, broadband, water and council tax).
A bit about me: I’m a Civil Servant currently working from home. During work hours I keep myself to myself working from my room (apart from numerous trips downstairs for coffee!).

In my spare time I love seeing my family who are based in York and Lincoln, going to the local for the pub quiz or just chilling in front of the tele. Also love cricket (watching, can’t throw a ball for toffee), and pretty much any other sport.

If you’re after a party house I’m afraid this isn’t for you, however, if you like a board game, pub quiz or binging some sort of police drama/documentary it could be a perfect fit!
