Spare room available in a clean and friendly house share close to Leeds Beckett University in Headingley but also accessible bus routes to city centre and the other Universities. Ideal for a student or young professional. I’m currently studying and looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy-going. The house is quiet during the week but relaxed and sociable at times. Flexible move-in dates available and short-term stay is fine. I’m open to someone who just needs a temporary base while studying or working in Leeds.

Ensuite bathroom, shared kitchen, gym, quite study area as well as leisure rooms.

On a more personal note, the people living here are a really good bunch and I'm sad to be leaving them but I'm in the process of changing cities.
