Looking for a friendly and sociable person to share my charming three-bedroom home! As someone who is not from the area, I’m eager to meet new friends and make this place feel like home for both of us.

The property boasts two medium-sized gardens and is fully furnished, including a room equipped with wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk/chair, and a comfortable double bed. You’ll enjoy easy access to the town, just 6 miles away, and a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you directly to the city centre via St James Hospital. Plus, there’s great connectivity to major routes like the A64, A58, M1, A1M, and M62.

I’m laid-back and welcome frequent guests, though smoking is only allowed outside in the garden. Meet Lincoln, my adorable cat who usually keeps to himself unless it’s mealtime. He’ll likely be in his own small room or the living room, so you won’t have to worry about him much.

I’m looking for someone respectful who will contribute to household cleaning and share the cost of products. All bills, including gas, electricity, board, water, Sky Plus, and broadband, are included in the rent of £500. If you plan to work from home or spend most of your time here, the rent will adjust to £550 to cover additional charges.

As a professional in education, I occasionally work away for a few days, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself. Couples are welcome, with rent increasing to £800 per month.
