Description
Room 50F (2nd floor) at Trinity Hall, Holborn Approach, Woodhouse, Leeds LS6 2FD is available for a contract takeover. You would take over my tenancy for the rest of the academic year, until 8 July 2027. I’m no longer able to use the room and want it to go to another student.
The room
Private en-suite bedroom with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and storage
Shared kitchen and living area with the other students in the cluster
Wi-Fi throughout the building
Included in the rent: gas, electricity, water and internet, so there are no extra bills.
Facilities: gym (a liability waiver needs signing), cinema room, study room, games room and yoga studio.
Location: a short walk from the University of Leeds. There are shops, cafés and bus routes nearby.
Rent: £584 per month, paid to Trinity Hall.
Council tax: Student halls have no council tax band. Full-time students are exempt but must register with Leeds City Council.
Who can take it:
Trinity Hall requires the new tenant to be a full-time student aged 18 or over.
They also need a suitable guarantor or must pay the full rent upfront, and Trinity Hall approves every applicant.
The contract is between you and Trinity Hall. I’m not charging any fee or deposit, and I’m not asking for any money from you. However, Trinity Hall will require a deposit of 350 pounds upfront.
Next steps: Message me with your university and course, and when you’d like to move in. I’ll check with Trinity Hall, and they’ll handle the paperwork and viewings. Everyone is welcome to apply, and I’ll go through applicants fairly.
