I have lovingly restored this semi into a beautiful home.
I’m looking to rent out my large spare room for a period of time. 3 month contract to begin which would be rolling after that for up to a year (possibly more) if we hit it off and enjoy living together.
The house has off street parking, front and back gardens, garage for storage, living room, bathroom, kitchen diner, two large bedrooms (mine and the one I’m renting) and a small box room.
The person I would share my home with must be respectful of the property and myself as this is my home. I am a kind, laid back, friendly person.
