You'll have your own bright/airy bedroom and share the rest of the house. There's an open-plan kitchen, washing machine and wifi and a small garden to sit out in. It's in a quiet part of Halton with regular buses into city centre. Temple Newsam park is within walking distance and there's a big supermarket on York Road. There's a fluffy cat in the property, you'll need to like cats to live here.

The room would suit someone who likes peace and quiet, maybe a mature student or professional who is happy to take care of the cat and also help with small household tasks (just 4hrs a week). Must have experience of running a home as you might be on your own if I have to travel. I'm into sport, swimming, travel and gym but a creative writer by profession.
