My names Dave and I am looking for someone to share this gorgeous historic townhouse overlooking Bramley park. The house is a great size, a whopping
2000 sq/f .

Room 1 (£600) is on the top floor of this 4 level building with incredible far reaching views across the park and beyond. The room has a lovely shape and is very light and airy.

Room 2 (£500) is a great size and shape, attic style hatch window.

If somebody would be interested to take the entire top floor (2 rooms and own bathroom) I would also be open to this at a reduced rate (£800 pcm).

There is a shared living room and large kitchen, plenty of room to have friends for dinner.

The house is a 10 min walk from Bramley station which gets to Leeds City Centre in 6 mins. Its also a short walk from Tesco super market and shopping centre with many bus routes.

I have just returned to Leeds after 10 years in London as i still have many friends here from my uni days. Looking forward to finding the right person to live with, someone who enjoys being sociable. Allot of my work (as a documentary maker) involves travel so I will be away a lot of the time giving you more space in the house.

Council tax, water, TV and 1GB internet included in the price.
