I have small room available for rent in 2 bedroom flat. Available now in LS11(3 mins walk from Cottingley train station).
It will be only me and my 1.5 year old dog living in the house.
Its a non smoking property but has access to the garden.
Rent is 380£ a month(including bills) plus 200£ deposit.
