– Newly refurbed in summer 2025
– 15 minute bus to the bus station or a 7 minute train to the city train station
– Directly across from Cardigan Fields Retail Park. There is also more supermarkets/shops on the same road. (and Pirate Studios)
– Parking available outside the house
– Move in from July 1st
