I'm renting out the spare room in my 2-bed terrace house in Pudsey.
The room is a compact double, with a shared bathroom. There's under-bed storage, drawers, and a small desk. It's a lovely, quiet area. Lots of local cats about, so plenty of friends to be made!

The house is very close to Pudsey town centre, and to Pudsey bus station with good links into Leeds or Bradford (Buses X11 / 4 / 4F). Pudsey train station is a short drive away, or about a 20-min walk. Plenty of nearby cafes, pubs, and shops including a Sainsbury's local (handy on a Sunday evening)

The house has limited on-street parking. There's a nearby street with plenty of space however. Parking is managed via permits - I have a guest permit if needed.

I'm someone who generally keeps themselves to themselves, but also happy to chat and watch a film on an evening together. I usually work in Leeds city Monday-Friday, and occasionally work from home. I moved to Pudsey not long ago - from the south originally. I'm into yoga, gym, boardgames, and finding hidden gems in charity-shops.
