The room itself is on the first floor, very spacious with wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, queen size bed. The room gets lovely evening sun. The green chest of drawers pictured are not included.

Just so u have more of an idea about the house, it’s sharing with 4 other lovely housemates, split between professionals and phd student, we are a social house (we daily share about our days over communal house dins, cook for each other and are all good pals) but we do all rlly value down time and have independent busy lives. While we enjoy cooking and eating communally throughout the week, it’s not a house where we spend every weekend together for example - we all have our own lives/friends/things going on, and ideally are looking for someone who also has their own life/network of people. Our current plan is to have some time w/c 13th April to organise viewings once everyone is back from various Easter trips etc. If it sounds like the kind of place u might wanna be in then get in touch :)
