I have a double room available to rent with a shared bathroom from 23/02/26. My current housemate is moving away so I'm looking for someone to replace her.

The room comes with the wardrobes and chest of drawers and a bed frame but you will need to get a mattress. The living room and kitchen are both fully furnished and there is a large cellar with a washing machine and plenty of storage space. This house is a mid-terrace back to back so there are three neighbours and there is no back garden. There is a small garden at the front of the house with hedges that we are expected to keep tidy. There is on-street parking but the road does tend to get pretty full, however you can park at the bottom of the street if you can't find a spot.

The rent is £350 and the bills work out at about £150 a month (council tax band A)

About me: My name is Shep, I'm 31, non-binary and neurodivergent. I work from home 4 days a week and am a bit of a homebody so I am in the house most of the time.

I studied music at university and sing in a choir in my free time. I love video games and crafts so it would be great to find someone with similar interests. I'm not really a party person so if you are one for loud, late nights we probably wouldn't be the best fit!

I have an 8 year old cat who is quite nervous and has never lived with any other animals so unfortunately I would not be able to accept any other pets joining us.
