Hello ☺️ I am looking to rent out my spare room in my two bed home in Methley. The property has a private garden, a double drive and my cat, Sylvie who is four.

I am a Support Worker and work in the office 9-5 every day. I am looking to rent to a professional female around the same age as me. I hope I can offer a safe and welcoming home to somebody who wants to live in the area ☺️

Methley is a cute village in South East Leeds, it is well connected to Leeds centre by the 140 bus (the house is a few minutes walk from the bus stop). The closest stations are a few minutes drive away, at Castleford, Normanton or Woodlesford.

The room has a small double bed and a desk for home working.
