ONE BIG ROOM IN A NICE AND QUIET TWO BEDROOM HOUSE FROM 1st June 2026
Hi I am a post doc researcher at the University of Leeds. I am looking for someone to let a room in my house initially for 2months (potentially extendable). This is a two-bedroom furnished house with a shared large lounge, kitchen, bathroom (with baths), and a washing machine (without a dryer). The accommodation is a 10-12-minute walk to the University of Leeds. Some of the bills (internet, water, and content insurance) are included with the rent.


*** The living room is occupied roughly half of the time in a month***

The rent does not include electricity and gas bills, which cost approximately GBP 60-70 per month in winter and GBP 35-40 in summer. Council tax is included in the rent. :)

Currently, a girl is living. The house is pet and smoke-free. If you are searching for a peaceful, quiet place with grocery shops (Sainsbury's, Abubakar, and CC Continental) within three to five minutes of walking, closer to the university, and a bus stop within a two-minute walk, this is a perfect place for you.

Description of the room: The room is a big room with a large mattress and plenty of storage (check the photos).

Other facilities:
There is a garden in front of the house, and you can park off the street.
